We are a preferred provider with major HMO and EAP programs and accept their rate. Your copay is all you pay. For EAP there is no charge to you at all. Check with your employer to verify benefits and request Michael Coen as counselor. |

The normal rate for a masters level counselor is usually $100. Our rate is lower and we give more than the usual 45 or 50 minute “hour”. We also offer a sliding scale based on household income and special needs. See sliding scale below. |

We offer a sliding scale rate of $50 per session for people with less than $50,000 gross household income. Applicant must verify income. Pro Bono counseling is offered as a service to lower income clients. |

As a way of giving back to our community, clients are accepted through the Larimer County Health District and Connections programs. Connections can be contacted in either Fort Collins (970 221 5551) or Loveland (970 461 8944).
